Live Fit offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels and ages. Our staff loves what they do! We are all certified professionals with a passion for Fitness and Health. Our goal is to make Fitness Fun, even when it is hard work. We are here to help people take control of their health and wellness. We believe that when you feel good about yourself, everything is better. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but we are here for the duration to help you achieve your goals.

Live Fit is managed by Jennifer Stacey whom has been in the Fitness and Dance industry for over a decade. In 2012, Live Fit established a partnership with GymStreet USA to offer a more robust Adult Fitness program.We offer Personal Training, Cardio Boxing, Muscle Conditioning, Spinning, R.I.P.P.E.D, TRX, Zumba, Fitness & Group challenges, Fusion & Combo classes, Kids classes, and much more.

We proudly serve Wilmington, Tewksbury, Reading, North Reading, Andover, North Andover, Burlington, Billerica, Woburn, Lowell, Wakefield and other cities & towns in the Boston, MA surrounding area.

Whether you prefer to take a few classes, enroll in a multi-week session, or sign up for one of our monthly membership packages, we are sure that you’ll find something that will fit your needs. Live Fit takes great pride in making fitness and wellness fun, and affordable, for everyone.

Join the fun on Facebook!  Inbox us to join the challenge and we will add you to the group.
If  you don’t have FB no problem. Send an email to Jenn@train2livefit.com or chrissy5050@hotmail.com and we will email you as a group daily to tell them what the days challenge is.
Rules: you must respond letting one of us  know when they have completed them either in the FB group or via email.
